Education is one of the basic human rights. Because humans are human beings who are gifted with reason, humans need education in the process of their lives. The idea of independent learning is a very good idea where the idea has given the freedom of teachers and students in determining the learning system. In a learning is determined by the teaching itself. The influence of teaching generally liberates man from his life from birth, while the freedom of inner life is found in education. Free humans are humans whose lives do not depend on others, but rely on their own strength. Meanwhile, Indonesian students are lifelong students who are competent, have character, and behave according to the values of Pancasila. In the process of implementing independent learning, of course, there will be obstacles and obstacles. This research is a qualitative research that uses a literature study approach by reading various relevant literature in the form of books, journals, newspapers, magazines, internet, and other important notes. While this study aims to describe independent learning according to Ki Hadjar Dewantara s view in the formation of the Pancasila student profile, to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of the Pancasila student profile in schools and the solutions sought in learning that takes place in schools in the formation of the Pancasila student profile. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results of this study indicate that independent learning is the right step to achieve an ideal education that is in accordance with current conditions and aims to prepare students who are tough, intelligent, creative, and have characters that are in accordance with values. Pancasila. In addition, the implementation of independent learning in Ki Hadjar Dewantara s view is very relevant to the development of the profile of Pancasila students, namely students can internalize the values of Pancasila in their lives and consider aspects of the balance of creativity, taste and intention. Meanwhile, the driving factors in the formation of the Pancasila student profile consist of: 1) The nature of oneself (internal factors); 2) Personality (internal factors); 3) Family (external factors); 4) Teachers educators (external factors); and 5) Environment (external factors). While the inhibiting factors in the formation of Pancasila student profiles in schools are the lazy character attitude of a small number of students, the limitations of teachers in designing good lesson plans or teaching modules, teacher limitations in using media, it and varied learning resources, and also the lack of time available to teaching and learning activities. Meanwhile, problem solving carried out by educators includes using a psychological approach to students through habituation, role models, examples and moral guidance and mentoring.

This study analyses the tensions, even the dichotomy, between Airbnb and short-term rentals and the condominium. Accordingly, we firstly reflect on the evolution, regime and legal nature for short term rentals and condominiums. This then underpins the subsequent assessment of the scope of the restrictions imposed by the statutes of condominiums and the competences attributed to the respective general assembly on exercising short-term rental activities within such properties. This takes particular account of the content of the recent decision and the standardising jurisprudence (AUJ) handed down by the Supreme Court of Justice.

In the pursuit of the goals of the government that no child shall be left behind to attain higher learnings and that no Grade 12 applicants shall be denied entry in HEIs which offer free tuition and miscellaneous fees altogether. As a result, it is no surprise that the number of enrolees for the S.Y. 2018-2019 for the incoming freshman students among HEIs went up. To prepare for this transition, HEIs are mandated to help formulate and implement strategies to ensure a smooth transition into the new K to 12 system. This includes being able to formulate programs and improve college curriculum to address student’s needs in the community. This study conducted a preliminary survey among the senior high school students in the First District of Capiz. For the purpose of having a bird’s eye view on what courses are most preferred by senior high school students. Results showed that the courses most preferred by senior high school students are the Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Teacher education is seen or the consistent choice among high school graduates with the full implementation which still needs additional teachers in most academic areas. Business and technology courses are do preferred as technology becomes an integral part of the human existence.

The main purpose of this study was to improve freshman students’ limited participation in the Communicative English Language Skills II classroom activities taking section ‘L’ fresh man students of Mekdela Amba University by the year 2022 in focus. To put this in to effect, action research design was used. To collect data section freshman ‘L’ students, which are 46 in number by the year 2022 were used by using available sampling strategy from Mekdela Amba University. After the data were collected using classroom observation and focus group discussions, the analysis were conducted using narrative description (using thematic qualitative method of analysis). After intervention practices the researcher observed significant changes towards the frequency and number of participants during the actual classroom. And finally based on the findings of the study, some possible suggestions were recommended to responsible bodies.
